Our shipping is determined by a fair percentage of the item purchased. In some cases however, freight charges may increase based on the size and weight of the part in question. There will be a $9.95 minumum freight charge!  We will email any changes for your approval before finalizing your transaction. We encourage anyone shopping for collision parts (sheet metal, bumpers, etc.) to inquire with their local venders as we DO NOT ship collision parts.  

WE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX. 


We must be provided a street address for shipping UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. The carrier is responsible for all damaged items during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report with the carrier to be reimbursed for any damaged items you may receive. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL. We may change the preferred shipping method chosen by the customer without notice unless it increases the cost of shipping, in which case the customer will be notified. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii will have an added surcharge fee.

There is a 10 day return policy. Parts must be in original unmarked packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Keeping in mind, there may be a restocking fee of 10-30% depending on stocking status and our ability to return part to Kia / Mitsubishi for re-sell.

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE CORE AND DETERMINED IT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, THE CUSTOMER WILL THEN BE REFUNDED THE CORE CHARGE UPON OUR DISCRETION.
