Q.  Do you sell any parts that are not original equipment?
    No. We are a parts vender that deals exclusively with original factory OEM Kia-Mitsubishi performance parts and accessories.
Q.  Do you sell any vintage car parts for older vehicles?
    No. We specialize in Kia-Mitsubishi car and truck parts from current applications.
Q.  Which side is the Right Side and Which Side is The Left?
    When sitting in the driver's seat, the Drivers side is the Left Side of the vehicle and the Passengers Side is the Right Side of the vehicle.
Q.  How can I check the Status of an Order?
    To check the status of your order, please login and enter the order number. When the status of your order has changed, you will be notified via email.
Q.  Do you have every part listed on your website in stock?
    No. Unfortunately with limited warehouse space, we are unable to stock each part for every application. However, we do have one of the larger parts inventories in the United States and MOST items listed on our website are available for order.
Q.  Are you a Franchised Kia-Mitsubishi Dealer?
    Yes. We are located in the southeastern part of the US.
Q.  When will my credit card be charged?
    Due to certain discrepancies with some parts, i.e.; size, weight, shipping method, etc. Customers will be charged as soon as the part ordered is packaged and ready for shipping. Any changes in freight charges or parts pricing will be forwarded to the customer before finalizing the order.
Q.  What are your hours of operation?
    Hours of Operation are Mon - Fri 8am EST - 4:30pm EST. Our Website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online customers have the freedom to inquire and place orders at any time. However, please keep in mind that we DO have hours of operation and any orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.
Q.  Why is there an option for the VIN (VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) number of the vehicle?
    All parts provided on the website are VIN specific and will require the VIN as needed to identify the correct application for your vehicle.
Q.  Can I order a Instrument Cluster/Radio and What is the Price?
    No. An Instrument Cluster/Radio must be ordered through a Kia-Mitsubishi Dealer Service Department.
Q.  If I order a key, can you cut and program it for me?
    We are prohibited to cut or program any keys under any circumstances, as it is required to show proof of ownership of the vehicle. You will have to visit your local Kia-Mitsubishi dealer for key-cuts and/or programming services.
Q.  Do you sell airbag and related equipment?
    No. Due to federal regulations, we cannot ship any saftey equipment parts due to hazardous handling.
